The annual fee is $545 for adults and $485 for children. There are no additional fees, deductibles, or hidden costs. The plan pays for itself with just one cleaning and exam — and the 20% discount on treatments makes it even more valuable (applied to our usual, customary and reasonable office fees — not to already-discounted fees or special offers).
Your plan includes 2 comprehensive exams, 2 professional cleanings, 1 set of bitewing X-rays, and 1 emergency exam per year. You also receive a 20% discount on all other treatments — including implants, crowns, Invisalign®, cosmetic work, and more (applied to our usual, customary and reasonable office fees — not to already-discounted fees or special offers).
Yes. We offer family discounts when multiple household members enroll together. Ask our team when you sign up and we’ll walk you through the savings.
No. Unlike traditional dental insurance, our membership plan has zero waiting periods. Coverage starts the day you enroll — you can schedule your first cleaning and exam immediately.
