Your Smile, Made On Site.
Our dental office and digital lab on site work side by side. We have been making dentures on site for over 20 years, and we make same-day dentures, partials, flippers, repairs and relines right here in our office. Our digital lab on site is equipped to create zirconia crowns, bridges and implant crowns. From the digital scan, to CAD design, to milling or printing, to the final teeth—the workflow is completed right here on site.

We Make Your Teeth On Site in Our Quality-Controlled Lab.
This is the actual Island Dental laboratory — inside our practice, not across town. Our technicians design, mill, 3D-print and finish restorations steps away from the treatment rooms.
Because the lab is on site, your dentist can walk your case over, review it with the technician and keep your treatment moving the same day.
The Dentist and Lab Technician Work Together — Right Here, On Site.
When the lab is on site, your doctor can communicate directly with the technician who is designing or adjusting your restoration. Fit, bite, shape, shade and changes can be reviewed in a quality-controlled environment without sending the case back and forth to a remote laboratory. That reduces delays and helps support same-day dentures, partials, flippers, repairs and relines, while also giving the team a direct digital workflow for zirconia crowns, bridges and implant crowns.
Faster Turnaround
Many denture services, partials, flippers, repairs, relines and selected digital restorations can be completed much faster because the work stays on site and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth delays with an outside lab.
Direct Communication
Your dentist and technician can review the case together instead of communicating through an outside lab prescription.
Adjustments On Site
If a denture or restoration needs an adjustment, the clinical and laboratory teams can coordinate it directly.
Digital Workflow
Scans, CAD design, milling and 3D printing allow treatment to move efficiently from the dental chair to the laboratory.
Broken or Loose Denture? Bring It to the Lab.
Cracks, broken denture teeth, loose-fitting dentures, flippers and many partial-denture problems can be evaluated directly by our dental and laboratory teams.
Because the lab is on premises, many repairs and relines can be completed the same day, depending on the repair and condition of the denture.
- Cracked dentures
- Broken denture teeth
- Loose-fitting dentures
- Relines
- Partial repairs
- Flipper repairs
- Denture adjustments
- Same-day relines
From Digital Scan to Restoration
Our digital lab combines digital impressions, CAD/CAM design, milling and 3D printing to support restorative, implant and denture treatment—from scan, to design, to final teeth made on site.
CAD/CAM Design & Milling
Digital design software and milling technology are used for selected zirconia crowns, bridges, implant crowns, temporary restorations and other cases.
3D Printing
3D printers can fabricate models, temporary restorations, try-ins, guides and other components used throughout treatment, including support for same-day dentures and flippers.
Digital Impressions
Intraoral scanners capture a digital model of the mouth that can move directly into the design workflow for many treatments.
One Lab. Many Dental Solutions.
Dentures, Partials & Flippers
Full dentures, partial dentures, flippers, immediate dentures, replacement dentures, try-ins, adjustments and repairs.
Implant Restorations
Digital planning support, implant crowns, temporary implant teeth, implant-supported prosthetics and selected full-arch restorations.
Zirconia Crowns & Bridges
Selected zirconia crowns, bridges and implant crowns can be scanned, designed, milled and adjusted using our digital lab on site.
Surgical Guides
Digital planning and 3D printing can be used to create guides that help transfer an implant treatment plan to the mouth.
Models & Try-Ins
Printed models and prototype restorations allow the team to evaluate fit, shape and esthetics before final fabrication when appropriate.
Repairs & Adjustments
Many denture repairs, relines and laboratory adjustments can be handled without shipping the case away.
From Scan to Design to Final Teeth — All Made On Site

We capture the information needed for your treatment using digital scans, impressions and/or imaging depending on the case.

The case is milled, printed, processed or finished in our lab on site depending on the restoration and material.
Try In & Adjust
Your dentist evaluates the result and the lab can make adjustments on site when needed.
Built for Modern Digital Dentistry
The value of a digital lab on site is not simply having machines. It is having the clinical team, digital workflow and laboratory team connected throughout the case—from scan, to design, to final teeth.

Your Dentist. Your Lab Technician. Your Restoration. One Team.
From a same-day denture repair to a zirconia crown, bridge or implant crown, keeping the lab on site and close to the clinical team gives us greater control over communication, timing and adjustments.
Our lab fabricates crowns, bridges, veneers, full and partial dentures, implant-supported restorations, surgical guides, nightguards, and orthodontic appliances. We handle everything from simple repairs to complex full-arch implant cases — all under one roof.
Most dental offices send lab work to an outside facility, which adds 2–3 weeks of waiting and requires a second appointment. Because we make restorations here, many procedures — including crowns and denture repairs — can be completed in a single visit. Same day dentures, partials, flippers, denture repairs and see denture emergencies.
Actually, it costs less in most cases. By eliminating the markup from third-party labs, we keep prices lower while maintaining higher quality. We pass those savings directly to our patients.
We use only FDA-approved, high-quality materials including zirconia, porcelain, PMMA, and biocompatible acrylics. Material selection depends on the restoration type and location in your mouth — we recommend the best option for durability and appearance at your consultation.
Yes. Our CAD/CAM milling system can design and fabricate a porcelain crown in about 30 minutes. In most cases, your crown is placed the same day — no temporary crown and no second appointment needed.
A cone beam CT scan is a 3D X-ray that captures detailed images of your teeth, jawbone, nerves, and surrounding structures. We use it for implant planning, surgical guidance, and diagnosing complex cases. It takes seconds and uses significantly less radiation than a medical CT scan. Can also be used to help diagnosis especially for root canals.
