Build Your Career at Island Dental.
We’re looking for skilled, compassionate dental professionals who want to do their best work in a supportive, modern environment — and be recognized for it.
A Practice That Invests in You
We believe happy, well-supported team members deliver the best patient care. Here’s what we offer:
Continuing Education
Annual CE stipend, paid time off for courses, and access to in-house training on the latest techniques and technology.
Competitive Compensation
Above-market salaries, performance bonuses, and a transparent pay structure. No surprises — just recognition for great work.
Modern Facilities
Work with the best tools: CBCT imaging, digital impressions, CAD/CAM milling, lasers, and more — in a clean, professional environment.
Benefits Package
Health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and employee dental care at no cost.
Collaborative Culture
A team that genuinely supports each other. No toxic dynamics — just a group of professionals who take their work seriously and have fun doing it.
Flexible Scheduling
Part-time and full-time positions available. We work with your schedule to create something sustainable — not just demanding.
Dentistry That Treats Its People Right
Thirty-plus years in practice has taught us one thing clearly: when our team is thriving, our patients feel it immediately. We invest in our people not because it’s a trend, but because it’s the only way to deliver care we’re proud of.
We hold all-hands team meetings, celebrate wins publicly, and take feedback seriously. Our leaders are accessible — and our turnover rate reflects that we’ve figured something out most practices haven’t.
- Regular team meetings and open-door leadership
- Staff recognition programs and peer kudos
- Shared decision-making on practice policies
- Team events, celebrations, and community involvement
- No corporate pressure — patient-first, always
