In accepting your dental insurance, we will process your claim for you but you are responsible for deductibles and copayments, which is the estimated amount not covered under your dental insurance. All charges you incur are your responsibility, regardless of your dental coverage. We will cooperate with the rules and regulations of your dental insurance that may help in processing your claim and will send you a statement for any remaining balance.
