This comprehensive dental procedure replaces an entire arch of missing teeth, giving you a functional and natural-looking smile. Our skilled dental team utilizes advanced techniques and a personalized approach to ensure optimal results. Say goodbye to gaps and hello to a beautiful, complete smile with full arch restoration surgery.
Following the initial consultation, your dentist will do an exam and review your medical history with you. A 3D CBCT digital scan will be taken, in addition to photographs and impressions of your mouth. The images will be sent to our in office digital dental lab where your custom treatment plan and smile will be designed and created.
On the day of surgery, you will need a driver to take you to your dentist office and pick you up once the surgery is complete. The surgery will take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours per arch, after which you will have a brand-new same-day smile.
Your dentist’s office will review all instructions including any special information about caring for your new smile.
Once you are completely healed, your dentist will upgrade your final teeth. This stronger prosthetic will be a better fit for your healed gums and is designed to last many years.
At our dental clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. Our highly experienced dentist is a specialist in full-arch surgery, ensuring that you receive the highest level of care for all your dental needs. I went in one day… And came out with what you see now – a great smile.

A full-arch restoration is a custom, life-like prosthetic that replaces an entire set of upper and/or lower teeth.
Full-arch restorations are anchored to the bone with dental implants – usually 4 to 6 per jaw. Most full-arch restorations are only removable by a dentist.
Implant-supported restorations offer strength, durability, and appearance like that of natural teeth – a significant improvement over dentures or partials.
Implant-supported full-arch restorations are one of the most effective treatment options when a patient seeks to regain the function and esthetics of their natural teeth.
The transition zone is the space where the full-arch restoration meets the natural gumline. Your transition zone is typically visible when giving a wide smile. Your doctor will carefully consider this zone when choosing which type of full-arch restoration will be best for you.
No. During the procedure you will be numb. Implants are placed under anesthesia – either locally or with sedation. Our dentists report that most patients (90% or more) experience no pain, or only minimal swelling/bruising in the days following surgery.
Yes. Dentists using computer-guided surgical protocols are consistently able to provide their patients with same-day smiles, because all planning is done before the day-of-surgery.
Swelling will last approximately 7 days post-surgery. Most patients will be able to resume work within 2 to 3 days. If bone grafting is required, a healing period of 3 weeks is recommended.
It is usually 4 to 6 weeks from the time of your first appointment to your surgery date. On the day of surgery, your dentist will have you out the door with a beautiful, functional, same-day smile. After the implants heal, you will return and get your new teeth.
No. Once placed, implants cannot be felt. During the healing process, your new implants will fuse to your jawbone and function just like healthy natural teeth.
No. Dental implants allow you to bite and chew as though you have natural teeth. Foods like nuts, apples, chips, and popcorn can be consumed again once your implants are healed.
